FAQ’s

  • Yes there is a small fee. The fee helps cover insurance premiums that provide coverage for participants in case of accidents or injuries. This ensures that riders are protected and can receive support if an incident occurs. This also ensures that our ride leaders and guides are covered in providing various instructions to you whilst on our rides.

The participation fee supports Gravity Girls Cairns' ability to continue offering well-organized and safe rides, including covering administrative costs and improving overall service quality.

Further to this, in line with our social enterprise mission, we contribute any additional funds and the end of the year to the Cairns MTB Club trail fund to ensure that we give back to the club that manages the trails we generally operate on.

In essence, the fee is a necessary investment in the safety and well-being of all participants, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience on each ride.
